Shift Schedule
Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Advantages
Skyrocket Your Bluebook Hours: This is our biggest draw. We guarantee you won't be stuck doing mindless, repetitive grinding all day. You will rapidly accumulate valuable, highly diverse hours working on top-tier structural steel projects to get your ticket faster.
Four-Day Workweeks: You will work a compressed Monday through Thursday schedule. That equals a guaranteed three-day weekend to recharge, every single week.

Unshakable Job Security: This is not a temporary gig; it is a permanent, long-term career move within a highly supportive, team-oriented shop.
Responsibilities
We flat-out refuse to treat our apprentices like glorified broom-pushers. You will be actively welding alongside veteran journeypersons to rapidly build the following skills:
- Heavy-Duty Flux-Core: Achieve total proficiency with FCAW and MCAW processes (Flat Position) on heavy-duty projects.
- Structural Fabrication: Take a hands-on role in manufacturing giant steel beams, complex tower components, and various bespoke structural pieces.
- Advanced Techniques: Master the use of highly specialized custom shop jigs while executing critical standoff welding procedures.
- Elite Safety Standards: Fully adopt and practice our industry-leading, zero-compromise approach to safe manufacturing protocols.
Qualifications
Apprenticeship Status: You must hold active, verifiable status as a first-year apprentice in the welding trade.
Initial Experience: We require candidates to have a bare minimum of 100 legitimate hours already stamped into their official Bluebook.
Technical Background: Previous hands-on exposure to FCAW,/MCAW, or standard MIG welding processes is highly preferred.
Professional Character: We expect total punctuality, rock-solid reliability, and an eager-to-learn attitude on the shop floor.
The Golden Ticket: If you currently possess an active CWB Certification, your resume will instantly be bumped to the priority pile.
