Shift - Days 7am-430pm
Pay - $41/hr + signing bonus

Responsibilities
Perform full-scope trailer repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
Complete welding, bodywork, and structural repairs
Maintain accurate repair documentation using shop software (Drive On)
Work both independently and alongside a skilled team to ensure quality and efficiency
Uphold safety and compliance standards
Qualifications
Valid 310J Trailer Mechanic License
2+ years of experience in trailer diagnostics and repair
Strong knowledge of pneumatic, electrical, and welding systems
Hands-on experience with bodywork and trailer maintenance
Proficiency with Drive On or similar maintenance software
Ability to work efficiently in both solo and team environments
A safety-first mindset and commitment to quality workmanship
