Rate of pay: $43-48/hour

Responsibilities
Perform complex diagnostic troubleshooting and complete overhauls on engines, transmissions, differentials, and air brake systems.
Execute full preventative maintenance inspections (PMIs), safety checks, and regulatory compliance testing.
Utilize advanced handheld diagnostic computers, motor analyzers, and precision shop tools (including welding and hydraulic equipment).
Conduct road tests to diagnose performance issues and verify the quality of completed repairs.
Document all maintenance, warranty repairs, and parts usage within an electronic work order system.
Qualifications
Valid Provincial 310T / Red Seal Truck & Coach Technician License in good standing.
5+ years of hands-on practical experience in commercial tractor-trailer maintenance.
Valid Class D/Class 3 Driver’s License with Air Brake endorsement (or ability to acquire within 6 months).
Strong working knowledge of major OEM engines, electrical systems, and modern diagnostic software.
Must possess a full personal toolkit suitable for commercial heavy truck repair.
Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably in a fast-paced shop environment.
