We’re currently hiring a 3rd Year Millwright Apprentice to support our Maintenance team in Mississauga during night shifts.

- Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday 10pm-7am
- 40 hours per week + OT available
- Pay: $35-$38/hr

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to conveyors, rollers, discharge chutes, belts, and lacings
Perform welding and operate cutting torches as needed
Apply strong fabrication, mechanical, and process control knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment issues
Inspect and maintain equipment and systems, making corrections where necessary
Uphold high standards of mechanical operation, quality, and process control
Provide technical support and mentorship to junior technicians
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Conduct repairs and preventive maintenance in accordance with established protocols
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment safely and effectively
Complete repairs and work orders promptly and accurately
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Manage time effectively and adapt to a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Must be able to help with coverage for the day or afternoon shift as needed
- Must be able to operate forklift, or Scissor lift
- Must be able to lift 50lbbs
- CWB - MIG welding + able to fabricate parts
