There is guaranteed pay raises after probation and after completing certain hours marks.
2 week rotations
Shift:
Morning - 6:00-2:30pm
Afternoon - 2:00pm - 10:30pm
Nights - 10:00pm - 6:30am

Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, including conveyors, pumps, compressors, and high-speed packaging machinery.
Conduct comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for precision repairs.
Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems.
Document all work orders, inventory usage, and labor hours within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Perform machining, fabrication, and welding tasks as needed to support equipment upgrades.
Ensure all work adheres to strict food safety (HACCP), quality (GMP), and health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Open to considering 4th year who are applicable for journeyman schooling
Valid Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Journeyperson Certificate is required.
Dual-Ticket (Electrician/Millwright) is considered a significant asset.
Experience in manufacturing with conveyors and machinery is an asset
Experience in food or beverage production is an asset
Strong mechanical knowledge of power transmission, pneumatics, hydraulics, and stationary engines.
Ability to work comfortably around alcohol production and adhere to strict hygiene standards (hair nets/beard nets).
Must provide your own tools; specialized PPE will be provided.
Physically capable of heavy lifting and standing/walking for the duration of the shift.
