Responsibilities
Maintain a high-activity sales cadence (25 customer calls and 25 face-to-face meetings per week).
Strategically manage a multi-million dollar book of business while identifying "plug and play" new business opportunities.
Lead the entire sales cycle (90 days to 1 year) from prospecting to pricing strategy and closing.
Conduct business reviews with major accounts to ensure retention and wallet-share growth.
Travel within the MB/SK territory approximately 4 days per week (returning home daily).
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales experience. Background in LTL, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding is highly preferred.
Education: University degree required (College diploma may be considered for exceptional industry experience).
Skills: Proven ability to sell to C-Suite stakeholders; strong financial acumen regarding pricing and margins.
Attributes: High "coachability" index, self-motivated, and comfortable in a remote/field-based environment.
Requirement: Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed - $0.73/km).
