    At our facilities in the Greater Toronto area, you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Cascades Recovery + division of our team as the Fiber Purchaser. You will be responsible for for:
- Establish and maintain a deep understanding of the market area, including existing accounts, portfolio opportunities, and competitors.
 - Build strong relationships with decision-makers and maintain regular contact with clients to support retention and growth.
 - Collaborate with management to address account challenges and develop strategies that meet both company and client needs.
 - Serve as the key contact for program enhancements, including selling additional recyclable materials programs and conducting ongoing account reviews.
 - Use sales tools (Power BI, forecasting worksheets, reports, templates) to track progress, review pricing and service charges, and prepare monthly and quarterly performance summaries.
 - Respond promptly to client issues, assess accounts before site visits, ensure service goals are met, and keep management informed of account status and activities.

You too, put forward your strengths: 
 
- 2–3 years of experience in sales or marketing; industry experience in recycling or waste management is an asset.
 - Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
 - Bilingual in French and English preferred; excellent oral and written communication skills.
 - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; regular travel within the market area required.
 - Comfortable with standard office demands and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
 - Post-secondary education or equivalent experience; ability to deliver effective presentations.
