-Manage the full quoting process for established clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
-Oversee complete order management, from processing to delivery confirmation.

-Provide high-quality customer service and support, resolving issues efficiently and working with internal teams when necessary.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for existing client accounts, nurturing relationships for long-term stability and growth.
Qualifications
-Demonstrated expertise in quoting and order processing within an inside sales or customer care context.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective internal and external interaction.
-Proven ability to work autonomously and manage a workload with a high degree of responsibility.
-A proactive mindset and the ability to take on additional tasks and opportunities as the company grows.
-Proficiency with relevant software, specifically Microsoft products, Quickbooks and Katana is a huge asset.
-Must be able to work on-site in Mississauga, Monday to Friday between 8:00-4:30.
