Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, promptly addressing all inquiries and resolving any issues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, deeply understanding their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including credit, operations, and administration, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of leasing solutions according to client needs.
- Conduct regular account reviews and performance analysis, preparing and presenting insightful reports to both clients and senior management.
-Lead contract negotiations and manage the renewal process to maximize client retention and secure favorable terms.
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to provide valuable strategic advice to clients.
- Keep meticulous and up-to-date records of all client interactions, transactions, and communications within the CRM system.
- Develop strategic account plans to achieve long-term growth targets and sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven success as an Account Manager or in a related sales capacity.
- Direct experience in the equipment leasing or commercial finance industry is highly advantageous.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel occasionally to meet with clients as required.
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
