Be a Business Builder: Own your market. You'll map out a plan to connect with the companies that need us most and build your own book of business.
Solve Real Problems: Go beyond the surface. You'll meet with clients, dig into their challenges, and develop creative solutions that solve their biggest people-puzzles.
Master the Tech & the Talk: You’ll blend high-tech efficiency with a human touch to deliver an incredible experience.
Drive the Deal: You’ll navigate negotiations and craft partnerships that are a win-win for everyone, making a tangible impact on our bottom line and our clients' success.

-Establish and execute a business development plan
-Identify prospects that will be in a stronger position when they are doing business with Randstad
-Execute the sales & recruiting activities that will gain results
-Meet clients and diagnose the human capital gaps that are limiting their potential
-Use a combination of tech and touch approaches that require exceptional documentation
-Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
-Offer innovative and creative employment solutions
-Provide services that consistently delight our clients and talent
Qualifications
-A proven track record of seeing opportunities and closing deals.
-Desire to make a real impact on people's careers and clients' businesses.
-You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where we win as a team. You’re accountable and bring your A-game every day.
-3+ years in the sales space is a huge plus.
-High school education required, preference given to those candidates with post-secondary education
