Responsibilities
• Establish, develop, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing major accounts.
• Act as the lead point of contact for all client matters, anticipating client needs and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Lead the coordination and response process for complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs), collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• Identify and grow opportunities within the existing client base, developing strategic plans to expand business and revenue.
• Create and deliver customized, professional presentations to executive-level clients, showcasing product knowledge, solutions, and market analysis.
• Conduct regular quarterly business reviews with clients to discuss established KPIs and recommend fleet optimization strategies.
• Address customer concerns with a sense of urgency, providing excellent day-to-day service and support.
Qualifications
• A minimum of five (5) years of direct B2B sales experience in the office equipment industry, with a specific focus on copier and printer sales.
• A proven and verifiable track record of success in B2B sales and account management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Management, or equivalent demonstrated industry experience.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory for this role.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong presentation skills, capable of engaging and persuading executive audiences.
• Proven ability to manage the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and needs analysis to closing and account management.
• High level of self-motivation and personal accountability, with a drive to exceed sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and comfortable learning new CRM and sales software.
