• Prepare, issue, and follow up on high-volume product quotations with exceptional speed and accuracy, targeting turnarounds within 10 minutes.
• Monitor dynamic market supply and demand trends to adjust margin pricing appropriately and maximize order profitability.
• Execute complete order lifecycle management, from initial inquiry and ERP order entry through delivery verification and post-sale account follow-up.
• Partner closely with outside sales representatives and regional operations teams to execute strategic account plans and expand customer spend.
• Maintain organized calendar schedules and inbox systems to manage sales priorities, follow up on outstanding quotes within 10 days, and meet tight customer deadlines.
• Participate actively in continuous professional development, including formal corporate sales academies, ERP/CRM training, and product knowledge sessions.
