This job includes shipping and receiving, organizing inventory. This position requires the individual to stand and walk for most of the shift. We have a strong back-fill cross training strategy in place that requires everyone to train on all tasks. Previous experience would be an asset but the willingness to learn the business is important
Qualifications
SKILLS:
• Ability to resolve and escalate issues
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Computer skills
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
EXPERIENCE:
6 months to 1 year experience delivering customer service and proven experience in Services Delivery positions.
EDUCATION:
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
