Responsibilities
- Manage inventory purchasing, raw material allocation, and costing of finished goods
- Perform inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Conduct bank reconciliations on a regular basis
- Handle reconciliations for prepaids, interledger, and intercompany accounts
- Maintain the fixed asset ledger, track amortization schedules, and calculate gains or losses on disposals
- Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including balance sheet reconciliations, lead sheet preparation, and coordination with external auditors
- Record periodic journal entries for adjustments and accruals
- Prepare analytical reports and summaries as needed
- Participate in various special projects and perform other assigned dutie
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in inventory management required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems
