Responsibilities
Responsible for Accounts Payable and all invoicing in compliance with company policies
Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare complex account reconciliations
Payroll processing for 20 employees
Perform month end close, journal entries, with minimum supervision
Recurring journal entries maintenance and reconciliation
Assist in the month end, quarter end and year end closing process including monthly financial close workbook preparation
Qualifications
5 years' experience in Accounting
Flexibility - willingness to take on new tasks
Proficiency with Sage 300
