Randstad has partnered with a growing and dynamic organization in the professional services industry, looking for an Accountant to join their team in Woodbridge, ON. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant for a temporary-to-permanent placement. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel, with a strong background in full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable. Responsibilities
• Performing full-cycle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) duties
• Handling all aspects of bookkeeping and QuickBooks management
• Generating financial reports using Excel reporting
• Managing WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board) related tasks
• Performing bank runs and other financial errands
• Assisting with tax-related preparations and documentation
Qualifications
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting)
• Experience with full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Knowledge of financial reporting and tax preparation
• Ability to work 5 days a week, on-site in Woodbridge, ON.
