Responsibilities
- Filing and Organization: Perform general administrative support, including filing and organizing Accounts Receivable-related paperwork.
- Deposit Matching: Accurately match bank deposits with corresponding customer remittances.
- System Posting: Potential for basic data entry and posting within the ERP system (SAP).
- Process Assistance: Support the Controller with various administrative and clerical tasks to help stabilize the AR function.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative support role, ideally within an accounting or finance department.
- Technology Proficiency: Strong Excel skills (basic functions are sufficient). Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically SAP, is a significant asset but comprehensive training will be provided.
-Must be an agile, adaptable, and a strong team player with an ability to quickly learn new processes and manage administrative tasks.
