Our client in New Brunswick is currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic accounting and office clerk to join our dynamic and growing team. This candidate will be working on various different tasks within the organization on a permanent basis. This person will need to reside in the New Brunswick.

Salary 45,000$-55,000$ (Based on experience)
Vacation 2-3 weeks
Responsibilities
-Working on data entries and all ensuring all purchases and sales are verified, -entered, invoiced, maintain inventory and generate reports.
-Conducting daily office clerical worl, data entries, bookkeeping and handling distribution and logistics.
-Follow sales to customers in Canada, US and Internationally.
- Service small and large accounts
- Participate in the administration of extern audit preperation of CFIA, MSC, SQF and others.
-Greeting visitors and answering phones
-Assist with any other accounting and administrative tasks as needed by the business.
Qualifications
High proficiency in Excel and other MS office suites
Detaile Oriented and able to report results in a consice format
Organized, flexible and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Being able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Minimum 2 years experience in a smiliar role of a seafood or food or manufacturing company.
Diploma in accounting major or related experience
Advanced level of both French and English
Working knowledge of Savge 300 and ADP Payroll software prefered
University students are welcome
Local people from the area prefered
