The organization operates a collaborative open-concept office and is looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and ready to contribute meaningfully to the day-to-day operations of a dynamic finance team.
Candidates selected to move forward in the interview process will be required to complete both an Excel proficiency assessment and a typing test. These evaluations help ensure the successful candidate is confident and capable in key technical skills required for this role.

Responsibilities
âąEntering high-volume accounts payable invoices for independent contractors on a biweekly basis
âąAssisting with the preparation and posting of intercompany AR/AP transactions and monthly related-party charges
âąPreparing and posting bank reconciliations across various entities and currencies using MS Dynamics (up to 90 accounts per month)
âąAssisting with GST/VAT filings
âąReviewing and entering timesheets for payments
âąUploading and submitting invoices for review and approval
âąPerforming administrative duties such as sorting, scanning, filing, and maintaining organized digital records
âąUpdating and maintaining Excel-based schedules for internal tracking
âąSupporting process improvements as the team continues to transition from a paper-heavy to more digital workflows
Qualifications
âą2+ years of experience in a similar accounting support or assistant role
âąExperience with Microsoft Dynamics is desirable, or other mid/large-scale ERPs
âąStrong organizational skills and attention to detail required
âąFamiliarity with online banking platforms (e.g., HSBC, BMO, RBC, JP Morgan) and processing ACH/EFT payments
âąIntermediate Excel skills, including familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
âąBasic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams)
âąComfortable with high-volume, standardized processes and set schedules
âąPrevious experience in a multi-entity, intercompany environment is considered an asset
âąA positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented space
