Responsibilities
• Managing the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, including coding, batching, and entering invoices
• Overseeing Accounts Receivable functions, including payment processing and aging report monitoring
• Performing manual posting of journal entries to ensure accurate ledger maintenance
• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any billing discrepancies promptly
• Supporting the finance team with month-end closing activities and financial reporting
• Communicating effectively with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth financial operations
Qualifications
• Over 4 years of work experience in handling both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Proven experience working within the manufacturing industry is a must
• Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in a fast paced environment
• Previous experience working with ERP systems and manual accounting processes
