Responsibilities
• Process full-cycle accounts payable, including receiving, coding, and entering invoices.
• Manage and reconcile vendor accounts, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Handle all e-billing submissions and resolve any related issues or rejections.
• Prepare and process electronic payments and check runs.
• Reconcile discrepancies and resolve issues with vendors and internal teams.
Qualifications
• 1-3 years of proven experience with the full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) process.
• Proficiency with PC Law accounting software.
• Experience with e-billing systems.
• Knowledge of legal trust accounting rules and practices is considered a strong asset.
• Must be available to work on-site 5 days a week in Scarborough.
