As an Accounting Clerk you will support the finance team by handling daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, entering payroll, and assisting with reports and reconciliations. You’ll work closely with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.

Responsibilities
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Process invoices, payments and receipts
- Update and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly
- Payroll preparation (data entry)
- Accounts Payables/Receivables
- Answering phone and forward calls and messages
- Provide general administrative support to the Accounting department
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in accounting, AP, or AR ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Tech-savvy (Quickbooks, MS office, dayforce)
- Accuracy in data entry, reconciling accounts and handling financial records
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
