Title: Accounting and Office Support
Location: Burlington, ON (Onsite)
Rate of Pay: $25.00 - $27.00/hr
Job Type: Contract (6 months)

Responsibilities
-Owning the accounts payable process, including the accurate entry of PO and non-PO invoices.
-Managing the sales tax filing process and performing periodic vendor reconciliations.
-Handling cash applications, service business invoicing, and distribution tasks.
-Maintaining general office standards, including customer reception and ensuring a tidy workspace when needed.
-Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc reporting and financial operations as required.
Qualifications
-Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
-1-2 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing or technical industry.
-Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills with a high degree of integrity and attention to detail.
