Responsibilities
- Data Entry for AP and AR
- Reviewing statements to ensure invoices have been processed
- Managing PO's
- Entering credit card statements
- Managing vendors and sub-trades for invoicing purposes
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial information is recorded accurately and efficiently.
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a fast-paced accounting role, having experience in construction is an asset with a diploma in Accounting
- Must take pride in their work, have strong attention to detail, great prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- Extremely organized and willing/open to learn new skills
- Can handle pressure and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software; experience with Sage 300 is a significant asset
- Very professional, presentable, outgoing and can work well with a team
