Responsibilities
Process Mapping & Analysis: Document end-to-end workflows across billing, AR, AP, banking, payroll, month-end close, and job costing; identify key dependencies and automation opportunities.
ERP Migration & Data Reconciliation: Lead the full migration, map the Chart of Accounts and master files, perform GL/AR/AP reconciliations, and direct cutover testing.
Operational Transition: Create clear SOPs, evaluate and transfer daily accounting tasks to central corporate teams, and oversee parallel processing with zero operational downtime.

Qualifications
Designation/Experience: CPA designation or equivalent senior managerial accounting experience with strong operational exposure.
Software Mastery: 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience with migrating legacy ERP systems to modern platforms.
Core Technical Skills: Deep understanding of accounting workflows.
Work Arrangement: On-site presence required to support business operations as needed.
