Responsibilities
Process daily and monthly customer invoicing, credit notes and billing activities.
Manage accounts receivable, collections, cash application and customer follow-ups.
Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end close.
Review customer contracts to ensure billing terms are accurately captured in SAP.
Respond to customer billing inquiries and statements.
Review service contracts and support QA invoice testing.
Support quarterly forecasting and ERP testing/implementation activities.
Qualifications
Experience with NetSuite is a must
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable roles.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Computer aptitude and MS Office skills.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
