Responsibilities
Invoice Management: Receive invoices via email and process them through the OCR system, ensuring 100% accuracy.
Supplier Relations: Review invoices for assigned suppliers, ensuring member, location, and amounts are captured correctly.
Data Administration: Set up member accounts with suppliers and maintain all records/connections within the CRM system.
Reconciliations: Perform deep-dive reconciliations of supplier account statements against the accounting system.
Communication: Partner with supplier account managers to track down missing invoices, resolve corrections, and verify payment applications.
Team Support: Provide general AP/AR and administrative support to the Finance team as required.
Qualifications
The "Eagle Eye": You possess a high level of accuracy and can maintain focus on repetitive tasks without losing engagement.
Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Excel, and Adobe. (Experience with DocAlpha is a major asset).
Problem Solver: You don’t just see an error; you enjoy finding the root cause and fixing it.
Organized: You are a master of multitasking and can manage your time to ensure all tasks are completed by month-end deadlines.
Communicator: You have professional verbal and written skills for effective supplier liaison.
