Responsibilities
-Handle AP and AR transactions, focusing on transactional processing, including accurate invoicing.
-Perform high-volume, detailed data entry for financial transactions into the accounting software system.
-Assist with entering data for payroll processing as required.
-Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and manage collections efficiently.
-Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
-Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks
Qualifications
-Proven experience in accounting .
-Experience with handling financial data entry.
-Previous experience or familiarity with payroll data entry or support is a strong asset.
-Experience using QuickBooks software is an asset.
-Ability to work fully onsite in Scarborough (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
