Responsibilities
• Reviewing, verifying, and processing a high volume of accounts payable invoices accurately.
• Matching invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation to resolve any discrepancies.
• Coding invoices to the correct general ledger accounts and preparing them for payment runs.
• Maintaining accurate vendor profiles and responding to internal and external vendor inquiries professionally.
• Reconciling vendor statements monthly to ensure all accounts remain current and accurate.
• Assisting the finance team with basic administrative tasks and month-end closing procedures as needed.
Qualifications
• Proven experience working in an Accounts Payable position, comfortably handling full-cycle AP tasks.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software/ERPs and intermediate Excel skills for data verification.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
