Accounts Payable Clerk

Responsibilities
-Process a high volume of vendor invoices and employee expense claims
-Prepare and execute weekly payment runs, including EFTs, wire transfers, and cheques
-Daily communicate with vendors and maintain good relationships
-Assist with month-end closing
-Maintain all the AP records accurately

Qualifications
-At least 2 years of hands-on, full-cycle Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a fast paced working environment
-Microsoft Excel proficiency
-Solid understanding of general accounting principles, including AP (and some AR cash application experience)
-Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
