This role begins as a temporary contract through Randstad with the explicit intent to convert to a permanent position after a successful performance and integration assessment (approximately two months). You will work in a professional yet flexible office environment, supporting a small team to ensure the efficient processing of high-volume financial documentation.

Responsibilities
High-Volume Accounts Payable Processing: Manage a consistent weekly volume of files requiring detailed cross-checking and multi-document data entry.
Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate records by verifying and coding invoices and transaction documents into the corporate system.
Vendor & Supply Chain Liaison: Communicate with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to identify and resolve document discrepancies.
Office Support: Perform general administrative duties such as filing and data entry to support the broader accounting team.
Potential for Expansion: Proficiency in the core AP functions may lead to additional responsibilities in accounts receivable, collections, and month-end procedures.
Qualifications
Experience: 1-2 Years of hands on experience working in accounts payable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and accurate, efficient data entry skills.
Attention to Detail: Ability to handle repetitive functions with a high level of accuracy.
Collaborative Mindset: Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a small, integrated team.
Availability: Must be ready to start the week of January 12th and work on-site five days a week.
