Responsibilities
Process and enter high volumes of vendor invoices, receipts, and expense reports into the accounting system with high speed and accuracy.
Verify coding, dates, quantities, and totals across all incoming accounts payable documents.
Perform 3-way matching (POs, packing slips, and vendor invoices) to flag pricing or quantity discrepancies.
Enter vendor detail updates and assist with routine electronic record filing and scanning.
Qualifications
Experience: 6+ months of data entry, junior accounts payable, or general office/finance admin experience.
ata Entry Skills: Fast, precise alphanumeric and 10-key data entry skills (accuracy is essential for this role).
Software:
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas) and familiar with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar ERPs).Attributes: Sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain steady focus during repetitive entry tasks.
