Responsibilities
• Process high-volume Accounts Payable invoices accurately and efficiently
• Manage and process customer program payments (e.g. co-op, promotions, sales allowances, agreements for sales promotion)
• Ensure all payment requests and documentation comply with company policies • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Utilize SAP for all AP transactions and reporting
• Assist with month-end closing procedures related to Accounts Payable
Qualifications
• Proven strong Accounts Payable background or general accounting experience with a heavy focus on AP
• Direct experience processing customer program payments (e.g., co-op, promotions, allowances)
• Strong SAP experience is a must
• Experience handling high-volume AP invoices
• Ability to work fully onsite in the Woodbridge location
