Responsibilities
-Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports for payment
-Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure accurate data entry
-Verify and reconcile accounts payable transactions
-Assist with monthly closing and reporting procedures
-Maintain organized and up-to-date AP files and documentation
-Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and inquiries
-Assist with preparing payment runs, including EFT, ACH, wire, and cheque payments
-Support the AP team in maintaining compliance with internal controls and policies
Qualifications
-2 years of Accounts Payable experience
-Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
-Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
-Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
