Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle AP/AR, including processing invoices, verifying transaction data, scheduling disbursements, and securing payment authorizations.
Utilize ERP software (GlobalShop preferred) to maintain vendor/customer files, & reconcile bank statements,
Work closely with the Purchasing Coordinator to ensure General Ledger (GL) accounts align correctly with purchase orders.
Prepare financial reports as requested and maintain organized historical records through precise filing.
Act as a primary point of contact for vendor inquiries regarding payment status and account updates.
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years in Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Proven experience working within a manufacturing setting.
ERP experience is a must. (experience with GlobalShop is an asset).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong mathematical aptitude.
A "right the first time" mentality regarding data entry and financial reconciliation.
Organizational and time management skills
Great attention to detail
Strong customer service skills
