Responsibilities
-Generate and distribute customer invoices promptly to ensure timely payments.
-Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and take necessary actions.
-Conduct collection calls and send follow-up communications to recover overdue payments.
-Apply customer payments accurately and reconcile accounts to maintain up-to-date records.
-Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes efficiently.
Qualifications
-Proven full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience
-Familiarity with major ERP systems is an asset
-Experience in a similar industry is considered a strong asset
-Excellent communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers and internal teams
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is highly desirable
