Position Type: Full-time Contract (Maternity Leave Coverage: Nov 2, 2026 – June 16, 2028)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21.36/hr

Client Engagement & Service: Handle non-advice client requests via phone and email; deliver top-tier client experiences, provide market quotes, and track Dividends, RSPs, and RIFs.
Account Administration: Process client requests, open new accounts, execute payment processing, and process leads.
Advisor Support: Prepare documentation, account reports, and client information packages for meetings and Annual Client Reviews.
Operational Risk & Compliance: Ensure full adherence to policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards for all client documentation, marketing materials, and data privacy.
Team & Process Efficiency: Monitor service levels, maintain continuous process improvements, and collaborate with internal partners to achieve shared goals.
Qualifications
Education & Experience: Post-secondary degree with 2 to 5 years of overall administrative or client service experience.
Industry Background: Prior experience working within a bank or financial institution is required.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, high accuracy and attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated track record of stable employment.
Certifications (Nice-to-Have): CSE or CIRE certifications are considered an asset.
