Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to executives or departments
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff
- Order and track office supplies as needed
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Able to adapt quickly and perform in dynamic work environments
- Accurate typing and data entry skills
- Strong problem-solving and time management capabilities
