- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments to ensure optimal time management.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations using standard business administration software.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and customers via phone, email and in-person
- Provide general administrative support for special projects and departmental initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a post-secondary certificate in office administration is a strong asset.
- Proven track record of managing complex schedules and administrative workflows.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Reliable with a strong work ethic, with a commitment to maintaining professional standards.
