Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the organization's donor database with a high degree of accuracy using DonorPerfect.
Process donations, enter gift information, and ensure prompt and accurate generation of tax receipts.
Generate reports, mailing lists, and queries from DonorPerfect to support fundraising campaigns and donor communications.
Act as a point of contact for donor inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent and timely customer service.
Assist with the preparation and execution of mailings and other fundraising materials.
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, filing, and assisting the team as needed.
Qualifications
Mandatory: Proven, hands-on experience using DonorPerfect fundraising software is required for this role.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within a non-profit environment.
High proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and compassionate demeanor.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
