As an Administrative Assistant, your day-to-day activities will be deeply rooted in essential business administration functions. You will be the primary point of contact for walk-in customers and incoming phone calls, setting a positive tone for all client interactions. Your expertise in business administration will shine as you manage general office duties, including meticulous document control, accurate data entry, and proactive office supplies management. Furthermore, you will play a critical role in daily operational tasks such as preparing and processing service invoices, assisting with Accounts Receivables, and handling time cards and subcontractor invoices for technicians. Your contribution will ensure the smooth operation of the service department and overall branch productivity.
This temporary position offers an immediate start with no determined end date, and holds a strong possibility of transitioning into a permanent hire for the right candidate.
Advantages
• Competitive pay rate of $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
• Handling phone calls and walk-in customers while providing excellent customer service
• General office administrative duties including filing, data entry, and supplies management

• Handling time cards and subcontractor invoices for technicians
• Maintaining document control and providing administrative support to the branch
• Maintaining a positive attitude and communication style with customers and employees in all circumstances
Qualifications
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service with the ability to build strong customer relationships
• Superior telecommunication and interpersonal skills
• Above-average attention-to-detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organization and decision-making ability
• Strong ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Ability to maintain confidentiality/privacy protocols
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite; Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
