⏰ The Schedule
Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Days: Monday – Friday
You’ll be the central hub, managing tasks that are essential to our business running smoothly. Your duties will be a mix of accounting organization and public interaction:
Money Magician: Handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (making sure the money is where it should be!).
Order Ace: Taking and processing orders like a pro at the Order Desk.
Front-Line Star: Serving as the Store Cashier when needed.
Customer Whisperer: Comfortably handling customer inquiries via phone and in-person.
Data Dynamo: Performing data entry and keeping our records spotless.
Bookkeeping Buddy: Assisting with basic bookkeeping, including invoicing and tracking expenses.

Responsibilities
Bookkeeping Buddy: Assisting with basic bookkeeping, including invoicing and tracking expenses.
Experience with basic payroll and bank reconciliation is a fantastic asset, but we are fully prepared to train the right candidate!
Proven experience using accounting software is a must.
Strong computer skills, especially the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Teams). You’ll be living in spreadsheets and documents!
