• $50,000 - $55,000 per annum based on experience
• Monday – Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities
• Prepare sales proposals and draft quotes.
• Assist with legal corporate names, registration and discharge of equipment.
• Courier and track lease agreements and contracts.
• Understand a price list and utilize correct factor to Canadianize pricing.
• Plotting of engineering drawings
• Sales literature procurement and stock management
• Assist with organization of Canadian tradeshows
• Mail merge for annual Christmas card mailout and special projects
• Support in covering the reception desk, including answering phone calls
• Additional administrative duties as required
Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience working in an Administration position or post secondary in business administraton
• Intermediate skills with MS Office: Outlook, Word and Excel
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Comfortable with routinely shifintg demands and mutil-tasking
• Self directed and resourceful
• Organized, personable and can-do attitude
