Location: Comox, British Columbia
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience
Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Responsibilities
Client Service:
• Manage client communications (in-person, phone, and email)
• Schedule and coordinate client appointments
• Prepare client documents and forms for meetings and signatures
• Process daily transactions and ensure completion
• Update client records, meeting notes, and CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
• Assist with online access and e-delivery setup
Administrative Support:
• Coordinate internal meetings and team schedules
• Manage office supplies and mailing lists (newsletters, events)
• Resolve system or software issues with tech support
• Support team recruitment, onboarding, and training
Marketing & Communications:
• Maintain and update social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Prepare communications (newsletters) and presentation materials
• Plan and participate in client events (virtual and in-person)
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Financial services experience or education is an asset
• Post-secondary education in a related field (preferred)
