Responsibilities
- Managing schedules and appointments. This involves coordination meetings, booking travel arrangements, and maintaining calendars for executives or teams.
- Answering phones, responding to emails, drafting correspondence.
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Date entry and record-keeping
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of proven experience in an Administrative role
- High level of communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (MS Work, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Superb organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and juggle multiple personalities
