Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers; manage email correspondence and distribute mail
- Manage all correspondence and communications with meticulous attention to detail and the highest professional standards
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, ground transportation
- Answering phones, responding to emails, drafting correspondence.
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- High level of communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (MS Work, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Ability to solve problems
- Strong time-management skills to work well in a team environment and juggle multiple personalities
