We are seeking a Senior Administrative Professional to provide high-level support to our senior management (Director level and above). Your mission will be to optimize their capacity and empower our business group to achieve its goals.

Responsibilities
As the right hand to a senior leader, you will:
- Proactively manage and coordinate the leader's schedule, activities, and priorities to ensure their time is spent effectively.
- Professionally represent the leader and department by drafting emails, preparing meeting agendas, and responding to requests from employees and third-party partners.
- Utilize your advanced MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) to create reports, presentations, and manage administrative procedures, providing status updates as needed.
- Assist with financial tasks such as processing expense claims and accounts payable, supporting the budget process, and coordinating team events.
- Increase your group's capacity by facilitating select administrative tasks and acting as a central point of contact.
- Research and present options to solve administrative and technical issues, while handling sensitive information and maintaining strict confidentiality.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of office administration or executive support experience.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Advanced English skills (both written and spoken) for a professional environment.
- Advanced typing skills.
- High School graduation is required (post-secondary education in Office Administration or a related business discipline is a strong asset.)
