Responsibilities
• Read and interpret documents such as: Safety rules, Operating and maintenance instructions, Procedure manuals, Service orders
• Prepare and write: Routine reports, Professional correspondence
• Perform basic Numerical, statistical, and financial analysis
• Communicate effectively with: Internal teams, External customers or employees, Follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy
• Support operations through: Bookkeeping tasks, Procurement understanding, Equipment maintenance coordination, Work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Utilize software tools including: Microsoft Office Suite, SAP system
Qualifications
• 4-5 years of related experience in Administrative and Coordination roles.
• Great verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently or as a team
• Ability to perform basic numerical and financial analysis
