Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Answering phones, transferring and conferencing calls
- Greeting clients and signing them in
- Mailing out parcels through online portal
- Filing and photocopying
- Making travel arrangements and processing expense reports
- Creating presentations in MS Office
- Inputting data into Excel
- Matching invoices and communicating with the clients
- Additional administrative duties as required
Qualifications
-Reception/Administrative experience
-Professionalism
-Communication skills
-Time management
-Tech Savvy
-Comfortable using a headset and software programs
