We are currently hiring a Administrator to work for an international company in Burlington. This will be a long term contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a administrative experience and possess the professional skills necessary to interact with a variety of individuals throughout the organization in a courteous and professional manner. This role will report to the HR Director while supporting multiple teams with administrative tasks. Great attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure are required for this role.

Advantages
- $26 - $28/hr based on experience
- 6 month contract with the potential to be extended
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch
- Fully in office
- 4% vacation pay

Responsibilities
- Support the procurement team in entering data and packing list
- Ensuring documents are recorded, sent and saved based on internal proceedures.
- Data entry into ERP system and data clean up, referencing across multiple sources
- Maintaining vendor score cards and records in Excel and Smart Sheets
- Support HR dept in screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- General administrative support for multiple departments: Updating procedural documents and organizing meetings
- Other Administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or educational equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite, specifically Excel
- Experience with an ERP system is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well with others and follow instructions
- Being flexible and adaptable to the work requirements
